Led by certified yoga instructor, Kristina Northrup, our caprine vinyasa or goat yoga session is a relaxed form of yoga, consisting of various poses primarily at beginner level and open to yogis of every skill.
During a typical goat yoga session, participants are more than welcome to pet the goats or focus on the yoga practice — but the goats are likely to make the class more challenging (and fun!) than normal by climbing on you while you’re trying to hold a pose.
*Participants will need to bring a yoga mat or towel.
